Misuse of e-mail or messages on Usenet newsgroups that originate from customers on our service should be reported using the following guidelines. Incidents that originate from customers other than our own must be reported to the provider or site which has authority over the abusive user.

• When reporting e-mail or Usenet abuse, include a full copy of the message, including headers.

• When reporting other types of abuse, include details such as log files. Adequate documentation is required to take action.

• E-mail your report to abuse@consolidatedtelephone.com.

NOTE: Any action taken on abuse reports will be at the sole discretion of Consolidated Internet. Our intent is NOT to be The Net Police, but to simply help insure quality Internet access to our customers and to the Internet community at large.
